The Turtle Garage is dedicated to my love of excessive personal transportation.
I have enjoyed all things motorized for as long as I can remember, from riding and tinkering with my first Honda 50 at age seven to restoring pre-war BMW motorcycles today. I don’t always go for the most powerful or expensive vehicle. I like cars and motorcycles with interesting stories—about their design, production, ownership, or place in history.
I am President and co-founder of New York-based Hollow Brook Wealth Management, LLC. Hollow Brook is a leading independent wealth management firm that manages and advises capital on behalf of families, foundations, endowments, pension plans, and individuals. I serve as Treasurer of the United States Equestrian Team Foundation and Chairman of the Lake Placid Horse Show. I also sit on the board of directors of the Hampton Classic Horse Show, the United States Equestrian Federation and WidePoint Corporation (WYY), a NYSE MKT-listed provider of managed mobility services, telecom lifecycle management, and cybersecurity solutions. I am also on the board of the Pray Family Foundation which is dedicated to helping children realize their potential. I sit on the advisory board of The Car Hub, a resource that endeavors to serve and preserve the collector car community. I am an amateur equestrian show jumper and have successfully campaigned my horses on the “A” circuit for over three decades. I periodically write articles for Sports Car Market magazine and am an active classic car and vintage motorcycle collector.
