The front right fender and wheel housing are almost complete

They say the devil is in the details. Dean and his team have been hard at work painstakingly cleaning the chassis of my E500.  Old fashioned elbow grease and a combination of wire brushes, steam cleaning, media blasting, and solvents are transforming the undercarriage. When the chassis is fully cleaned up they will move to correct and protect it by using rust encapsulators, primers and specialized paint. Here is a series of photographs showing the beginning of the process.
